When you uninstall the Service, we automatically delete your shop data within 48 hours through our GDPR-compliant webhook handlers.

5.2 Right to Deletion

You can request deletion of your personal data. Customer data is deleted through the customers/redact webhook, and all shop data is deleted through the shop/redact webhook upon app uninstallation.

You can request your data in a portable format. Contact us at the address below to make this request.

5.4 Right to Object

You can object to processing of your personal data in certain circumstances. Uninstalling the app will stop all data processing.

5.5 California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights including:

• No PII to AI: Personally identifiable information is never sent to AI providers

7. Data We Do NOT Collect

For clarity, we do NOT collect or process:

• Customer payment information or credit card details
• Customer personal data (names, addresses, emails of your store's customers)
• Order information or purchase history
• Tracking or analytics cookies
• Location data

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 16, we will delete that information promptly.

9. International Data Transfers

Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your country of residence, including the United States. These countries may have data protection laws different from your country. As a Shopify app, we comply with Shopify's Partner Program requirements and data protection addendum. We process data only as necessary to provide the Service and in accordance with Shopify's guidelines.
